Kent Gage was founded in 1972 by Allan Linderholm and was later acquired by the Johnsen family, owners of Stanfordville Machine in 1990. John Johnsen saw the value of Kent Gage as a manufacturer of the highest quality snap gages and fine precision measurement instruments. Mr. Johnsen built on that tradition by offering new products and advancements in precision measurement equipment. As Kent Gage looks to the future, Neal Johnsen, John’s son is committed to becoming a greater presence in the Precision Measurement Instrument field. Neal’s vision of enhanced product offerings and technological advancements, along with a focus on customer needs and providing solutions will build on the long standing quality of excellence that has been the foundation of Kent Gage. We at Kent Gage pride ourselves on over 38 years of experience in providing ID/OD, Snap Gages, Bore, Large Diameter, and Specialty gages to our customers who require only the best in exacting and stringent measurement standards for their quality control processes.
