Fixed Dimension Large Diameter Gages
Model 4000 Series
Straight Frame
A straight frame gage designed specifically as a “single dimension” gage for high production use where no interference is encountered. The Model 4000 Series is available in three gaging depth ranges; 0” – 1”, 1” – 2” or 2” – 3” depending on the need and is furnished with a dial indicator with .0005” graduations.
Model 4100 Series
Donut Frame
A donut frame gage is a single dimension gage constructed to allow for central interface cause by part obstruction of a fixture set up. The frame is selected by part print to allow clearance completely around the interference, but maintain accurate rigid centerline diameter gaging. The Model 4100 Series is available in three gaging depth ranges; 0” – 1”, 1” – 2” or 2” – 3” depending on the need and is furnished with a dial indicator with .0005” graduations.
Model 4200 Series
“C” Frame
This large diameter gage is specifically designed to encircle the part being gaged. The advantages of this design are obvious as central obstructions or long part units are encountered. The Model 4200 Series is available in two gaging depth ranges; 0” – 1” & 1” – 2” depending on the need and is furnished with a dial indicator with .0005” graduations.
Model 5000 Fixed Dimension
Sturdy parallel bar, stress relieved steel with central reinforcement construction. Rest plates are hardened steel and fixed contact anvil is grooved for positive alignment. Adjustable anvil is radiused. Four point rest dowels allow easy positioning on any tooled or surface plate. Available in gaging depths of 0” – 1”, 1” – 2” or 2” – 3”.
Large Diameter Adjustable Gages
Model 4300 Series
Model 4300 is similar to the straight frame series 4000, but with additional capability for adjustment to any dimension within its 6” range.
This model has a gaging depth of 0” – 2” or 0” – 5”.
Model 5300 Series
Reference masters for the 4300 and 4500 adjustable ID, OD gage.
This model has a gaging depth of 0” – 2” or 0” – 5”.
